Ke.ex is a series of experimental electric guitar improvisations. Any piece of this series was recorded in one single session. In each of those sessions, different items and tunings were used to explore different sounds and new playing techniques.
Without using any overdubs, per session several completely separate tracks were recorded. Afterwards the whole material was conscientiously examined; the most interesting excerpts were picked and mixed together to the final piece.
